The representative was helpful, informative, courteous, honest and personable. His quality of service exceeded my
expectations. For example, once he finished fixing my air conditioner, he asked me to come outside so that he could explain
to me -- in laymen's terms -- exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. When it came time for the price, he showed me a
list of prices for various jobs so that I could understand exactly what I was paying for. I've had nightmarish experiences
with air conditioning companies before, so this experience with Engineered Air was an utterly welcome change of pace.
The
technican examined my outside AC unit and then, as mentioned above, he asked me to step outside so that he could show me what
he did. The problem turned out to be dirty connectors, which he replaced with a new one. Next, without my even asking, he
volunteered additional information on things I could do to keep my AC running more efficiently, like hosing down the unit
and draining dirty water from the pipes from which the water drains. I really didn't think quality, professional and honest
service to this degree was possible anymore in this day and age, but I was happy to discover that I was wrong.

You installed our air conditioner yesterday. Our first call was to Jason. He was friendly and
very helpful. We wanted to let you know what a great crew you had.
Ken came first and did a great
job going over the house, even the attic, which by the way is very small. He answered all our questions and tried very hard
to get us the best deal. Our home is over 50 years old and we had a few problems. He took his time and explained everything
to us.
Then came Steve and Roann. They were so efficient and did an excellent job. They were courteous,
friendly and it was a pleasure havikng them in our home. The clean up was so good I had very little to do.

I would like to
take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your prompt assistance in an urgent situation.
My
daughter was referred to Engineered Air, LLC by a local reputable builder. The existing air handler burned up and could not
be fixed. I am currently caring for my elderly parents and my disabled brother who is currently undergoing chemotherapy. We
were without air conditioning for almost 10 days living in unbearable conditions. The company we originally had a signed contract
with did not deliver and install the air conditioning unit with no valid explanation. Everyday for 10 days they had an excuse
as to why they could not install the system.
Finally, my daughter contacted Chris Wilhoyt, at Engineered
Air, and explained the situation to him. Chris immediately contacted one of his crew, Ken K. Ken drove from Margate
to Tequesta in less than two hours to look at the system. Ken provided a very fair estimate and advised he would pull the
permits as soon as he left my home and the new system would be installed the following day.
The following
day, Engineered Air, LLC had a crew at my home and by the end of the day I had air conditioning. Needless to say my parents,
brother and I were very happy.
I would like to say thank you very much to Chris, Ken and the crew
members of Engineered Air who installed the system. They were very prompt, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond
the call of duty. I am very grateful for their prompt response.
It is difficult to find a contractor
you can trust and rely upon. I would highly recommend Engineered Air to family and friends.
